Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gholphel. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this 30-day period to request a return authorization. Returns initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging, if applicable
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • All tags, labels, and documentation must be included
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damage during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available, and include all original tags and documentation.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions, including the return authorization number on the package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged:

  • Custom orders and personalized items made specifically for you
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or documentation
  • Items that have been altered or modified
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance, unless otherwise stated

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy is provided in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights apply in addition to the terms of this policy.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships without any penalty. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.

For custom orders, cancellation may be possible before production begins, subject to any non-refundable deposit or design fees. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refund amount: Full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Restocking fees: May apply to items returned in less than original condition, as determined by us

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
